Gaining patient feedback can benefit a service in many ways. The OPAT PMS comes with a pre-built patient feedback questionnaire which is used to collect anonymized patient data.
The questions cover a broad range of areas related to the service and OPAT in general. These answered can be used to set service targets or prove the impact that the service has on a personal level.
The questionnaire also contains space for free text answers. These offer a valuable insight that would otherwise be lost. Quite often these patient comments show the impact that the service has beyond what can be collected via numbers and data.
All data collected via the questionnaire and patient comments can be reported upon and printed for external system use.
